And who (strictly) guard their prayers;-10.These will be the heirs,11.Who will inherit Paradise: they will dwell therein (for ever).

COMPUTER IN SCIENCE

 

Course Objectives

Upon the completion of this course, the students should be able to:

  1. Present and communicate scientific information using various 2D and 3D formats in the form of graphs, and in web pages.

  2. Recognize and describe various molecular structure formats used to store, retrieve and visualize biomolecules.

  3. Use symbolic computation language to plot and perform scientific calculations.

  4. Apply Maple programming language to solve scientific problems.

Course Synopsis

The students will be introduced to various scientific tools necessary to present and communicate scientific data, building and visualizing biomolecules, molecular structure storage formats, databases, and retrieving structures from the internet. this course will also focus on the uses of symbolic computation language to calculate, visualize, analyze and simulate scientific information.
